The most amazing 3 story craft and sewing shop.
Embroidery cotton $1,60 each. Anything you could want they stock.
Sent aside a few hours just to browse. If you want something specific, show the lovely staff a photo and they will find it for you.

My wife and I visited Toko Central, Kuta on three occasions during our stay at Seminyak from 16.2.2016 to 27.2.2016.
The purpose of our visits was for my wife to purchase a quantity of threads for her embroidery machine plus lace, beads and some costume jewellery.
They have two shops on opposite sides of the road at this location and they carry a comprehensive range of sewing and embroidery supplies as well as lace, beads, costume jewellery plus anything you can imagine if you sew, embroider, knit or crochet.
Toko Central is AMAZING and their prices are a quarter of what you would pay in Australia and the quality is second to none especially their embroidery threads.
They are conveniently located in Kuta and there is suitable parking for each store on both sides of the streets. They have credit card facilities which are secure and you can order online with confidence and safety.
So if you sew, embroider, knit or crochet Toko Central, Kuta is a must do visit when you are next in Bali.
We will be back in Seminyak in March 2017 and are looking forward very much to visiting Toko Central, Kuta once again.

All you sewers and crafters out there! This is a dream of a place to visit, 3 shops in all. I spend hours going from 1 shop to another each specialising in different needs. If you can't find what you are looking for then you are caught up in the fantasy of it all or you haven't looked (or asked) hard enough. Not a large range of fabric but EVERYTHING else. If you are the slightest bit creative please just take the time to visit.

Just spent over 2 hours looking in both stores. Wanted a heap of embroidery threads and the young lady who helped was just great. Can't recommend this store highly enough.

Overall this shop is a 'nice -to-visit' if you're in the Nusa Dual / Densapar area. But, if you have regular access to craft notions, etc (like say the Garment District in NY) you might not love this visit. There are a million and one zipper options that are moderately priced. There are buttons and yarn in bulk. Stretch and non stretch laces for lingerie making. Many many trims from lace. Two kinds of knitting (really crochet) thread from cotton. A lot of rough poly/acrylic yarn in sport weight. There are tons of beads, embellishments, elastics. I would say the pricing in moderate for a US buyer. But, probably well priced for those outside the US. There was no fabric, some woven batik and no silk blend yarns which is what I was on the lookout for. The website is pretty comprehensive with giving you the layout of the three locations.

After many years of going to Bali we finally stopped here for a look. Many items like material, stones, necklaces and many other items most women would love to have a good look. We will go back again and again. When there and at the desk where is a table with different items to eat and a drink fridge with water, soft drinks and others all free as I went to pay and said no all free not any other place would do that. When we went to give a young lady who helped us out a tip she said thank you but we do not want to take this as we want to just help you. Anyone go here and you will not regret it.

Hi, went here with a sewing friend gee! the prices are so good and so much there, would take all day to look around. Also hair clips etc. and clothes.

Great place to buy craft items in bulk
But sorry to say this visit we found a cheap smaller shop around the corner so don’t know when I will visit here again

Anyone seen neoprene here?? The softer 2mm version called Neo Scuba double knit. NOT the stubby cooler type. I had a quick look in Nov but couldn't see any. Cheers Addy
