Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I would have never actually found or entered this spa, if it wasn’t for my guide-Made who also got us in at a special rate.
It looks like the most unlikely place for a spa treatment.
But, we were taken to the roof top, where each room was separate (2beds each) and on its own.It feels like you have been teleported to a different location all together.
I had the spa session before leaving Bali. I felt rejuvenated and fresh, perfect.

It was very relaxing after a very busy day out on the beach... I got the " Traditional Balinese Fall body which only cost me Rp. 65.000. It was good and I was so tired that I actually fell asleep lol... anyhow I would definitely recommend this to whoever wish to go for a massage.

We spent a lot of time here. The girls are lovely and very respectful. They know what they are doing and manage to get rid of any tight knots in your body. Very relaxing

My friends and I had the Lulur Spa treatment in the resort-style treatment rooms on the rooftop level. The rooms were clean and the treatment itself was relaxing and enjoyable. The only things we felt that would have made the whole experience better were if the bathtubs were a little bigger, the shower hose a little longer and the water from the hot water tap a little warmer.

My husband had the traditional balinese massage and I tried the hot stone one. We were lucky to occupy the beautiful room on rooftop outdoor area. We had shower after the massage. However, no hair-dryer can be found in the room. I was told to "borrow" the hairdryer from salon which located at lobby area. It was embarrassing that such a famous massage centre doesn't offer hair dryer to the customers. After all, I managed to stand at the corner in the salon and dry my hair.

This place is quiet pricey. Lucky for me I received a massage voucher from my clothing purchase, from the store below(Brasco Bali). I must say thou that is was the best massage in bali. The place is clean, luxorious and profession and so are the staff.

I went to Mango Spa on my own for a manicure on Tuesday - their prices are cheap! Their polish selection leaves a lot to be desired and many looked old/lumpy. The manicure was very average and their tools did not look well kept. She cut my nails crooked so I asked her to re cut them, the arm massage and scrub was not enjoyable and left my arm red and feeling raw and the polish was awful - most of my cuticles were covered in polish and she spent a lot of time getting polish off my fingers. Within a couple of days a few of my nails broke and the paint started chipping within a day. Sorry Mango Spa but I won't be back. To those who are contemplating going here, pay the $20 extra and get in a taxi to a decent spa 😄

I went with great expectations after seeing their professional webpage.
My mistake:
It's a little out the way, but that didn't matter. Rooms were very quiet.
There's no welcome drink.
The massage itself was good but not better than average or awesome. She seems to concentrate more on one side of my back than the other.
This was a massage splurge for me costing $45 US for 2 hours. You must pay upfront which I now see is a big problem.
They say the massage is for 2 hours.
When it was all over 20 minutes short of time I complained to the manager. I thought this was really unreasonable.
She tried to justify it saying the shower at the end was part of it. I had a faulty first shower and then only had knee for 2 minutes. Apparently 10 minutes of your massage time is dedicated to you washing off the oil they use.
I asked for the time I missed out on to be deducted from my massage as I had paid for a service I didn't get.
They told me they can't give me a refund as I paid by credit card. I said I would take cash. In the end they credited my card and I got 20 percent discount.
Pretty disappointing to be lied to.
I wouldn't go back here. It's not worth paying the extra at all compared to other places. Pips in Legian on Jelan Melasti isn't quite as nice to look at, but still professional and a good standard as well as very well priced.

Visited this spa yesterday on the recommendation of the driver assigned to my tour group.
Prices range from 30-70 USD, about twice what you would pay at other spas nearby like the Murano spa.
However you get quality. Great spa experience.
Choose the 2 hour traditional Balinese treatment for an unforgettable experience.
