- Barbra-SusanPort Macquarie, Australia48 contributionsBeautiful Mall and has everythingThis was one of the most amazing malls ever. My family and a group of our friends decided to visit for an hour or two, but oh my, we needed so much more time then an hour. The place was filled with unique shops, and your big brands like Victoria's secret,Starbucks, North face, and so many more. The food court had plenty of options, and there were carts scattered around the place. Parking was a bit difficult to understand, there were multiple entries and when you found officers would check all over your car. Also when you entered the shops by foot you would have to be bag searched, but none of these things were a problem. I'll 100% be going for a day trip next timeVisited January 2023Travelled with familyWritten 9 December 2023
- Steven GGeylang, Singapore25 contributionsMust visit mall in South Bali overlooking Kuta beachIt wasn't there last time I went bali Rather surprised by this mall as it's not air conditioned but you'll not feel hot walking through the entire mall. Known eateries and cafe flanking the sides. Disappointing supermarket but overall, a great place to spend your hot afternoon. Grab taxi from Seminyak is only like what, USD3? Afterall, there is nothing much happening around Kuta/Seminyak except for this new mall.Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 18 December 2023
- Anne LSingapore, Singapore1,473 contributionsGreat place to walk aroundWe decided to check out this mall as it is near to our dinner place. We came on 30th Dec and boy the 30min drive become almost 2.5hr ride due to heavy traffic and road closure. We do managed to walk around and explore the mall. There were so many people.. and they carry lots of international brand however the price is pricier compared to where i am from. Anyways a good place to roam around if you have nothing to do.Visited December 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 2 January 2024
- Jim1,081 contributionsA modern shopping center across a busy local road from the beach. The Beachwalk Shopping Center is a beautiful modern shopping mall next to the Kuta Beach of Bali, Indonesia. The Beachwalk Shopping Center is attached to a number of hotels, e.g., the Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort (the resort can be accessed from the Beachwalk Shopping Center from the Sheraton Gate of the Beachwalk Shopping Center), and the Aloft Beachwalk (signs can be found all over the Beachwalk Shopping Center). The Shopping Center has a beautiful Koi Pound, completed with many shopping (e.g., Uniqlo) and dining options. The price of the shopping center is close to those of the western counter party as well. The Shopping Center is next to the Kuta Beach. However, you do have to walk across a very busy road with continuous cars and scooters (no traffic light or cross walk) to access the beach. The Kuta Beach is very popular with local, and there are many small vendors setup various business on the beach. However, hotels (e.g., Sheraton, Aloft) do not have facilities directly on the beach. It is fairly easy to access the shopping center and hail taxi (Grab/BlueBird/GoJek) at the Beachwalk shopping center.Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 28 January 2024
- Anna VVentspils, Latvia12 contributionsPlace to take a break in the middle of the hot dayQuite good shopping mall. A lot of European shops. However, I was able to find local good quality closing for comparatively cheap price. There is a food court on the top floor.Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten 23 March 2024
- Dan LBunbury, Australia8,733 contributionsGreat Festive vibe. There are not too many vacant outlets here now, very good range of shops offering from basic to high end. More new dining options and the food court on the upper floor with views to the ocean and surrounding areas. Not sure if there was a forthcoming festival, perhaps Easter, but the entry areas were festooned with decorations and added to the festive vibe. Wife made a purchase, we both enjoyed a snack and headed to the beach area and a stroll back to our hotel.Visited March 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 5 April 2024
- Dan LBunbury, Australia8,733 contributionsUpmarket ShopsWe enjoy visiting this Mall whenever vacationing in Bali, mostly high-end fashion but enough shops with merchandise to suit the less well-heeled and the more senior members of visiting shoppers. Very well designed, the upper floor offering excellent views over the complex, Pantai Kuta and the beach and ocean beyond. We enjoyed our time browsing and some of the refreshments on offer. I would have rated 5* had a map of the tenancies on each level been available at the entrance point where security undertakes their checks. Could not locate an information counter either. Great selection of restaurants, extremely busy when we visited around lunchtime and settled for an ice cream when our two favourites didn’t have a vacant table.Visited August 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 24 August 2024

I'm not sure whether I was encouraged, or worried about a bag check on the way into this shopping centre (what were they looking for??) but the security made me feel safe. The ground floor had most of the designer stores. A candy store had lots of variety and cute toys and gifts but was very expensive. We went to Johnny Rockets for lunch mainly because were were very hungry and it was the first food place we spied. Later we found the top floor had a food court with lots of small stands with good prices and several restaurants with good views. There were also some well priced souvenir stores on the top floor if you don't feel like haggling at the markets. Great views were to be had from the outdoor areas. The middle level had a good variety of stores including sports wear, jewellery and a Victoria's Secret store.
Overall very clean, tidy, hassle free shopping experience where you could buy a great variety of things from the most expensive designer items down.

Visited again this trip and enjoyed a feed at Tony Romas while we were there.
The shopping centre is across a couple of buildings and only some shops are air-conditioned, it’s an oddly laid out shopping centre.
On the bottom floor there is a good supermarket with a money change counter at the front of the shop. There is also a book shop in this centre however it has more kids stuff than books.
TAXIS
Catching a blue bird taxi home at night is disastrous and very hard to do as they are mostly the other taxi companies that look like a rip off blue bird service that are always hovering and wanting a fixed price that can be 3 times the amount of a bluebird taxi who put the meter on and are far more pleasant to travel with. We always wait for bluebird as we’ve found a lot of the other taxi drivers rude and aggressive. So never again.
Look for the sign on top of the bluebird windscreens that say Bluebird group or something like that, they are the real bluebird drivers. We waited an hour plus for a bluebird taxi at night

It's a nice mall but sadly lots of people (mainly but not only foreign tourists) not wearing masks inside shops. The security on the entrances ensure people wear but they seem to think it's ok to remove them inside. With covid numbers on the rise in Indonesia this is not very wise. After a quick visit, I went to Galeria where everyone was complying.

Nice place to hide from the sun during the day, or spend an evening shopping.
Not very big, but still has a variety of shops, clothes (like Zara, Mango, H&M etc), perfume, cosmetics, souvenirs. A very nice and big supermarket on the ground floor, souvenirs here are cheaper than other souvenir shops.

Beachwalk Shopping Center offers retail stores (many of which are American and have similar pricing to that in America), restaurants and cafes. Popular among teens and families. Not what I seek out when traveling abroad but it is clean and certainly a nice shopping mall.

We took the opportunity to browse and visit the supermarket on both occasions when we enjoyed breakfast at Cafe Sardinia. We encountered strict enforcement of mask wearing and sighting of vaccination certificates by security when we visited, most shops refused service to the unmasked, but others were lax. Very clean mall, well maintained and with the majority of outlets trading. Restocked our fridge at the Foodmart Gourmet and purchased some gift items without the hassle of bartering. Good range and reasonable prices.

Google Review for Kuta Beachwalk Mall
Kuta Beachwalk Mall is a great spot for shopping and entertainment in Bali. The variety of stores offering clothing, shoes, and fragrances ensures there’s something for everyone. One of the most unique features is the koi fish ponds surrounding the central stage of the mall. Feeding the koi fish was a delightful experience and drew a lot of attention—it’s both picturesque and engaging. The mall has good security at all entrances and exits, which adds to the overall comfort while shopping. Around the mall, you’ll find vibrant flea markets with local vendors selling affordable souvenirs. While prices can be high at first glance for foreigners (understandable due to rental costs), a bit of friendly negotiation often results in a fair deal for both you and the vendor—a win-win situation. Do be cautious when navigating the streets around the mall, as the bike traffic can be chaotic, with some riders even using the pavements to bypass congestion. However, transportation is convenient, with taxi apps and empty taxis readily available to take you anywhere in Bali. Overall, a lively and enjoyable shopping destination with plenty of charm and local flair!

Great shopping centre opposite the beach in Kuta. At the entrance you need to get bag checked by security, then you can go and shop in air conditioned shops.
The food court on the rooftop is delicious and cheap but make sure you order get your receipts and pay at the cashier. Then go back and wait for your food to be ready.

The large oval roof looks like a private house and is interesting. The walkway in front of Starbucks is a place where you can relax while looking out at the beach. There is a smoking zone in the center, which is helpful.I was told that there is no currency exchange inside the facility, so I went to Poppies II Street. There are small shops along the street. It's easier to negotiate the price than the store on Karitika Plaza Road.I came without a purpose, but I didn't know what was there.I asked the information desk for a map, but they said they didn't have one.I got tired of walking around, so I went back. There is a blue sky on the beach side. There was a taxi stand exclusively for bird taxis. Although the hotel was close, I had to take a very long detour and had a bit of trouble.

Hallo David,
Kai

We are planning a trip to Kuta in July.
Last time in 2011 shopping of brands clothing was quite cheap in reference to German prices.
Does someone has an idea how expensive shopping is at present?
Written 28 April 2018
Hi I found the shopping prices to be around the same as in Australia at beach walk
