Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

One word: Disgusting. So dirty, full of greedy locals who would sell their mom for a dollar and terrible third class Aussie tourists that are permanently drunk. What a hellhole. Worst place east of Suez

Up the airport end of Kuta is this less fashionable beach section.
More frequented by locals or Javan families. Not very touristy.
Not very clean and quite a few stray Bali dogs wandering about.
Still not bad for a serene visit to watch sunset or else planes coming & going.

This must be the quietest/peaceful beach in Kuta area. Some big resorts, restaurants, beach shacks, surfers, swimmers, popular with locals.
Kind of dirty but still ok to lounge and swim.
Sunsets.

This is a very filthy beach with little and very run down facility. There are stray dogs everywhere and feels very unsafe.

Not so crowded on tuesday, dont know on weekends. Not the cleanest beach, some trash are visible. But the sunset combined with big statue at the farther side from the beach is pretty cool.

Staying at the @holidayinnbarunabali we visited Pantai Jerman. Saw a great sunset there. A shoutout too for the Holiday Inn Baruna Bali where we enjoyed some great meals and were able to sample a traditional Es Cendol. Yum!

Another small quiet beach I ventured few times as I walked to Tuban.

Jerman is spelled out in big letter to let you know that you are in Pantai Jerman.

Popular with those visitors staying in the area and also locals. Another good spot to check out the sunset.

Close to Palm Beach Hotel Kuta and behind Lippo Mall. There are a few nice restaurants on the beach, but the area is not always that clean and fresh. The beach is a continuation of the whole western shoreline stretching from the airport up to Seminyak and beyond.

I am Yoga Efendi, a traveler from Yogyakarta, Java Island - Indonesia. To find Pantai Jerman is quite tricky.

First, follow the alley or small road beside of Lippo Plaza Kuta until dead end. Then, go left. You will the sign just like on the photos.

More easy if you use Google Map. This beach is more quite and has jogging track to the Pantai Kuta.

Just follow the track until you see Kuta Beach and then you may continue to walk until Legian Beach. Happy walking or jogging.
