Unfortunately we did not manage to use their services as the harbour was closed by the Indonesian authorities. However they offered alternative ways of travel but we preferred not to go and got fully refunded.

Yup, that’s it. People are really helpful there too. You’ll have no trouble. Just look for all the tourists with suitcases hanging out in the grocery store parking lot!
