Our VIP Premium Safari at Bali Safari & Marine Park was an absolutely thrilling and unforgettable experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the close encounter with the majestic tigers, who fearlessly climbed onto our caged tram, providing us with a heart-pounding yet awe-inspiring moment that we'll never forget.
The entire safari adventure was exceptionally well-organized, with knowledgeable guides who shared interesting facts about the animals and their habitats. The premium package truly delivered on its promise of an exclusive and intimate wildlife encounter.
Although we arrived late for dinner at the Ranthambore Restaurant due to the extended safari experience, the staff graciously accommodated us, demonstrating exceptional hospitality and ensuring we didn't miss out on the culinary delights. A special thank you to Koma Ayur, our server at the restaurant, who went above and beyond with her warm smile, friendly demeanor, and attentive service, making us feel truly welcome and valued.
We highly recommend the VIP Premium Safari to anyone seeking a truly unique and exhilarating wildlife adventure in Bali. It's an experience that will leave you with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for the magnificent creatures that call this park home.

A lovely, fun day for the family. My children really enjoyed the experience and loved seeing the different animals. The animals are well taken care of and all seem to be in great condition. Aside from the animals there are a lot of areas with a Bali theme to take pics with the family, we took lots of photos here. There are plenty of booths for drinks, snacks and ice cream around the park, prices are higher but to be expected. We went to the restaurant for lunch, lots of different types of food available, Italian, Indonesian, Asian, Wester, etc. We had a pizza to share, good value for money, cheese pull for days. My children ordered ice cream, the cones were filled to the top and really worth the money (on the day it was buy 1 get 1 on the ice cream so we ended up all having a cone each). Towards the back of the restaurant, they had clean toilets. The souvenir shop was reasonably priced, lots of variations of animals to choose from. The park itself was very clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to catch a show or two, we watched 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I loved how loving and welcome all of the staff is. I went on 3 different rides. One was the Regular Safari vehicle, the second was on an elephant for 30 minutes and one was the night safari premium package. Each time was different feel to how close you were to the animals. I loved the animal presentations. I loved how they used preservation and the history of introducing man and living together as one as part of the presentation. The facility was always being swept and kept clean. My safari entrance fee was included in my stay at the Mara Hotel, which I loved waking up to the giraffes and wilder beast and the zebras. I also liked the ability to feed the animals. Well worth the price to me. Also, I loved the different food selection within the park.

I visited the Bali Safari Park with my family of four, including a young child, in June 2024 on a weekday.
We booked Jungle Hopper online tickets. Since it was a weekday, we only waited for 20 minutes to get the band to enter the park.
The safari was a 30-minute bus ride, followed by the rest of the activities. I found the presentations and landscaping to be quite good, but not very engaging.
It's best to arrive by 10:00 AM so that you can see all the presentations. There were many food outlets within the park, so you can easily spend the entire day there. I didn't attend any live shows, though, as the prices were quite high. It had a small water park as well
Only visit if you haven't seen any such safari elsewhere.

Our group of 10 were FLOORED by how amazing this zoo was. Coming from the US, China and Singapore and collectively having been to most of the top zoos in the world (San Diego Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, LA Zoo, Singapore Zoo to name a few), we were all surprised that this humble zoo didn't make any of the lists. Not only is it really interactive but the staffs are always friendly and helpful. The zoo is the perfect size, not too large, but enough to keep everyone busy for the entire day. Originally we were only planning on doing the day zoo, but after such a fantastic experience we stayed on to complete the night safari and we were so glad that we did. Our group spent a total of 12 hours at the zoo and the kids still didn't want to leave. We were surprised that some of the reviews were lukewarm because everything was so well thought out and planned for. This is not just a MUST DO, it should be a destination for all ages!

We had visited the safari area before so this time visited the marine park area and we were very disappointed it’s not ready to be opened to the public mostly under construction with coming soon on most animal enclosures, compared to what we have in Australia definitely very disappointing.
The bird show the birds were not trained so made for quite an embarrassing performance for workers as it was quite evident birds were not coming out or interested in doing show.
Only one dolphin show but not until late afternoon and as there is very little shaded areas it was very hot to stay that long at park and not enough to keep us there.
We really don’t like being told to hurry hurry to catch shuttle vans to and from park area.
It may be good park one day but definitely not ready yet for public viewing.

We went to the Night Safari (3 Adults and 1 child) and it cost us just over $400. A bit pricey in my opinion but you can't get up close to lions and tigers at home so it's a once in a lifetime expense. The 20 minute Ride on the back of the caged truck was so much fun and you get to feed the animals along the way. Dinner was a massive let down, buffet style but very limited on selections and everything was empty even though we were in the second group. All in all, a good night but I would not do it again.

It was hell of a FUNNN experience with my family at Bali Safari & Marine Park you should try yourself, the Safari place is pretty large, clean, well maintaned, friendly staff, nice excelent, photogenic place 📷, they also have a cafe resto inside safari, so you can buy some foods & drinks maybe it's a lil bit pricey i think.
The location is pretty close to Mara River Safari Lodge, actually it's all in one complex area (Mara River, Bali Safari, Tsavo Resto)
The animals so kind & well behave not too rude i meant, many of atraction & animals show you can watch in there likes The Elephant Show, The Tiger Show, The Orangutan, also don't forget The Bird Show, you can feeding the animals too, also don't forget too feeding the predator animals, so the safari staff will take you there all around by using a cage carry car, so basicly you inside the cage car to feeding the predators.

The first time we came to Bali Safari, the place was very big, with a very large parking area... the lobby was very beautiful and big. We entered the zoo by taking a special car around the garden area which was very beautiful. We could have breakfast or lunch together. the star that we want. So we are very satisfied to be able to visit here🙏🙏🙏

Fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived till when we left it was just incredible. Everything was reasonably close to get to which was important for us as my hubby had developed Achilles Tendonitis a few days before and could only do short walks. There are 3 presentations, all within easy walking. The first is the animal presentations. This consists of lots of different animals with information about each species. The next is the tiger presentation which involves a story about the history of the tiger in Bali and the last is the Elephant presentation, also a story of the history. Each is explained in English and Indonesian. There is ample seating in the shade for each presentation.
Afterwards we took a safari ride where we saw not only Indonesian animals but also African animals.
There is a lot to see and lots of activities for kids and teenagers.
Entry is about $65 AUD per person but everything is then free except food. However, there are so many cafes plus 2 large restaurants. We ate at one of the restaurants. I had tenderloin steak, cooked to perfection with mushroom gravy, chips and salad and hubby had spag bol. Plus a drink each the total came to just under $20 aud for both of us.
I would highly recommend!

We're glad to hear that everything was conveniently located, especially given your husband's Achilles Tendonitis, allowing you to enjoy the presentations comfortably. The variety of animal presentations and the engaging stories behind them, along with the safari ride, seem to offer a well-rounded and educational experience.
The fact that there's ample seating in the shade and presentations in both English and Indonesian is a thoughtful touch that must have added to your comfort. It's great to know that there are plenty of activities for all ages, making it a perfect spot for families. The dining experience also sounds impressive—getting such a delicious meal for a reasonable price is always a bonus!
