We used Blue Water Express to travel between Bali and Gili Air and the whole trip worked extremely well. The complimentary transfer driver turned up in plenty of time and took us directly (but rather quickly!) to the boat check in. The boat itself looked...More

We booked Bluewater Express for transport to/from Gili Trawangan because they have a good safety record and they board from a pontoon in Serangan Bali. Their covered waiting area at Serangan is good and efficient with free tea & coffee. However this time our return...More

Outbound journey was a total shambles. Picked up from our Ubud hotel by a minibus with no seat belts and a suicidal driver determined to do his best impression of Lewis Hamilton. Arrived at Padang and were told the Bluewater boat needed fixing so they...More

Please can any one tell me should I go by Fas boat or took a flight? Is ther any free transportation from Kuta area for Padang bay -Lombok trip?

Hi, Thanks. Can you check My booking is not for tomorrow. its for 30th June, 2017. One more thing, though I have booked the fast boat, Is sea condition is calm on that period or it is bumpy and will have big waves?

Hi what is it like getting on and off the boat for a disabled person? (Type of MS- able to walk, go up and down steps using hand rail however struggle with balance, muscle strength, stability and generally cannot carry on weight in any climbing situation or manage big steps-need to be able to use something to lean on). I've seen pictures and it looks like graduated steps with a hand rail will be ok to get up and down but I've seen people walking round on the side edges of the boat- this would be no good with the balance issue. Can you just stay on top deck and how do you get up there? It's difficult to explain but imagine a frail old lady with the spatial awareness and balance of someone who is extremely drunk. Any tips or advice or explanation of how it works would be really appreciated, having a bit of a nightmare trying to make Rhys trip disability friendly
