I am a bit late with this posting following my trip at the end of January 2020. Danish was my main guide and I can assure you, no better guide. The trip is exactly as it is outlined. I was picked up at my hotel and taken to the train station. The driver showed me to my reserved seat on train and Danish picked me up at the other end at Agra. Danish is a true gentleman and extremely informative about all the sites we visited. I even met his father by chance at the Taj Mahal. If you have any doubts about reserving with this company, do not, you will have a great time…

The tour was exceptionally well organized. Pick up at the hotel to the train and then train to Agra tour and return. We had a tour guide for the two of us., The guide Danish, was very knowledgeable and friendly with pretty good English so that part was enjoyable. The train while described as an executive class, fell below expectations, nonetheless, it was fine for the 2h trip each way. The Lunch provided with the tour was at a restaurant and was quite good. As part of the tour, we saw how Indian carpets and marble in-lay are made as well as a jewelry place. With each of these, be prepared for the sales pitch. I am not sure who buys carpet, marble or jewelry on a whim but you do get "the pitch". Re: cost: be prepared for additional costs beyond the tour price as one must pay for entry to the venues and there is an expectation (and some pressure, which I did not like) to tip the drivers and guide. This can amount to well over another $150. So carry cash in small bills. Overall It was a good but long day, but we are glad we did it. There were some times we felt uneasy but the Taj Mahal is definitely a must-see. I am convinced the tour is generally the way to do it, especially for first-timers to India. In fact, I can not see how one could do this on your own. The tour was generally quite good as it delivered what it promised although we planned a down day the day after and we needed that.…

I had only one day to spare to visit Agra and see the famous Taj Mahal. This trip I entrusted to The Taj Wonder Tours. My experience was well described before the trip and seemless: punctual hotel pickup, transfer by friendly driver, full assistance to get on train and locate seat, breakfast on train, 2 hour train ride in upper class car, friendly driver and guide waiting for me in Agra station, transfer and tour of Taj Mahal, tea break, visit souvenir shops, nice lunch at best restaurant in Agra with huge selection of traditional Indian foods, transfer to mogul fort and tour, and lastly full assistance to train back to Delhi. All details were cared for and I felt confident and able to relax and enjoy the best of Agra. My guide, Danish, was like an attentive friend and very much cared about my needs. Entry fees to sites is extra but tickets were the VIP class and minimal to no time was wasted in lines. I highly recommend this tour and encourage those who want a well planned experience to use them. …
