A nice hotel, with a view of the Taj from the roof terrace.. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well presented. The only drawback was they didn't have any gin

We arrived 2 hours earlier than check in and were made to feel most welcome. All the meals we had have been sensational and the staff have been fantastic, offering us little tasters and extras thru out the dining experience. I had the best relaxation massage I have ever had with Awon, she was very professional and checked frequently that the pressure was to my liking. I highly recommend her and the experience. This is a fantastic hotel with staff that can't do enough for you.

My friend and I visited for some much needed relaxation after the tiring trip to Agra. We chose the signature “Jivaniya” treatment which was fantastic! Our amazing therapists Awon and Bablu worked their magic on us. Awon recommended the coconut scrub which left my skin so soft! The treatment includes a comprehensive massage, scrub and steam. Each part was carried out with great skill and care. Bablu showed outstanding customer service which continued after the treatment was completed. Highly recommend.

We had paid extra for a room which offered views of the Taj Mahal and we did have a very good view (when it wasn't too foggy). Our room was on the small side but comfortable with good beds and a decent bathroom – all very clean. There seemed to be some problems with the heating as the shower was sometimes cold though. Staff were courteous and helpful. The swimming pool area is very nice. There are two restaurants– we found the one serving Indian food to be excellent. We had a treat – there was a pre-wedding get together on the Friday night, so we were able to see all the guests in their wonderful clothes! Sadly we left before the wedding on the Saturday!
