The entire experience lasted about 10 - 15 minutes. One of the staff member ends up teaching you about how tea leaves are plucked and processed. The place is dark and stuffy, machines are really old and you don’t really see anything in action.

The complete tour ended in around 15mnts. Not at all maintained for tourism. There is a very steep staircase which is almost unmanageable by elder people.

A great place to see the complete processing of tea from its raw form to the ready to brew leaves. One little pointer, do carry a face mask. The dust can be a little challenging to handle.

On the way you can see tea garden and how fresh leaves are processed to tea. With no entry ticket and guide it is recommended visit this place. You can also taste and buy your pack of tea.

There was no one to show around , but were interested only selling various sub standard produce not produced by them. They were selling even horrible "home made" chocolates. But whose home. They were not not labeled.

Should visit this expansive factory and the guides are very friendly and accommodating. The whole experience of knowing the science behind making our favourite cup of tea is amazing.

We stayed near Sim's park so this place was within walking distance. It's a small factory and you can see CTC process, though quite old machineries. However, the highlight of the visit was the walk through tea plantation and it's a beautiful.
