The famous temple of Srinathji is in Nathdwara. There is a regular bus service from Udaipur bus Stand to Nathdwara in the morning (every 30 minutes). Bus takes 1 and a half hour to reach Nathdwara. From Nathdwara, temple is 1 kilometer away. It is especially visited by Gujarati community. After darshan, you can have Gujarati food stuff in the... More

Its a beautiful temple but extremely crowded. Since we went in Feb that is after the basant panchami month had started the God starts playing holi so get ready to be coloured by Gulal (pink colour) as part of the darshan. There is Srinathji , Ladoo Gopal & baba shrines. There is also a Sudarshana Chakra placed at the top... More

A religious place for some particular Hindu community. The owners are worshipped as successor of God Krishna. You donate milk for prasad. To know the history of the temple guides are available in plenty.

This was a good trip and I had a good darshan as well. Just be aware of the people in the way to the temple, they tell you the queue is long and they can get you VIP/quicker darshan. In reality is not the case, it's not usually that crowded unless it's a special day. I stood in normal queue... More

Visit nearby Ranakpur, Shop for excellent silver ornaments for men and women. Ancient architecture in the interiors of the town. High quality Marwari and Gujarati Thalis. It is just 40 minutes drive from Udaipur and transports you to a different world of old bazaars, narrow lanes, cows, cow dung, et al.

Jai Shri Krishna is the phrase you will hear in the town of Nathdwara where Srinathji holds the attention of devotes of the Pushtimarg sect. This is an example of Pushtimarg on a grand scale. Prepare yourself for exuberant worship as you receive darshan from Srinathji. It is not only what you see but also how you present yourself to... More

The main attraction in nathdwara is to visit Srinathji Temple. The temple Opens and Closes about 8 times in a day when you can visit.
