Awesome Palace like city Palace. It is a beautiful structure on the bay of lake pichola. Very well maintained. So lovely udaipur.

You can't miss this if you are visiting Udaipur. Who knows you meet the Maharaj. Awesomely kept heritage. It's a big tour and may consume almost half a day. Take a English ( Hindi if you understand)speaking guide to know the details and history else...More

It is a huge palace from where you can see the lake palace. If you take a guide they will explain the history of that palace. Very lively.

Some areas of the palace were more interesting to us than others. Nice details, markings and paintings. Not as impressive as other palaces we visited in Rajasthan.

Good old memories of our beloved His highness maharaja Pratap, the legend. Guide On Parkash Rathore having attractive mousch have complete knowledge all about fort beside very honest.

If I have to see only once place in Udaipur city then City Palace is the place. I would suggest to complete the trip as advised in the sign boards.

If you want to experience the royalty must visit this place. Entry pass is on higher side but once you are in , you don't regret paying the sum.

Hi Neha, Yes there is no issues only if you can carry your child on stairs, there are many stairs and it takes 2 hrs for full cover, you enter from one side and exit from another, no going back in between. So if you can... More

At least prior to demonetization, they didn't accept cards. I am note sure if they do now. I know this does not help answer your question but I am thinking you would be better off carrying cash.
