what started as the hunting lodges used by the kings, later got converted into a forest rest house. the jogi mahal looks spectacular from atop the ranthambore fort and padam lake next to it is an important watering hole for the animals.
This Heritage Hunting Palace is now closed for tourist. But if you have chosen route no.3 inside Ranthambore National Park You may get a chance to see it from a distance. A very old building in an unkempt manner.
The gate at jogi mahal is well made informative. We passed by Jogi Mahal on our way into the jungle.
