We arrived on a snowy day. Very quiet with no visitors. However, we were greeted and embraced by staff. There is no doubt that every veteran, regardless of being a Vietnam Veteran or not, should visit the site. It is a sacred place, much like...More

Beautiful setting, but not much else there. There is a tribute area inside that is nice and allows individuals to leave items and notes honoring their loved ones.

This was a beautiful Chapel and surrounding grounds and Museum dedicated to the Vietnam Veterans. Since I lost friends who died and Mt husband lost friends who died in the War, it was emotional, but good to pray and remember!

Beautiful memorial off the beaten path. The visitor center was closed when we visited, but the chapel was open. It's a hidden, quiet little place for reflection. I wish the visitor center had been open so that we could learn more about this wonderful place...More

Incredible moving memorial. It's very different from the wall but every bit its equal. It's worth a detour off the Interstate.

The Memorial has no entry fee, and is free to the public. It is administered as a New Mexico State Park, but is sustained by private donations. Well worth visiting, and if you feel moved to leave a little something to help... More
