We were taken to see this lake on our tour of the area. the interesting bit was seeing all the large catfish coming to the surface to feed whatever was being thrown in!

When I visited there, It was dirty, grimy and grubby. There weren't many visitors. May be our timing was not right...

Lake in desert! Very interesting find! I never expected much water around the desert area but so refreshing to find one near Jaisalmer!

Thought there is no water in the lake, there is a beautiful Jain temple here. Entry to Jain temple is free but you need to pay 50 INR for photography.

The lake is dry. Has no water to it. But the place is famous for the movie shooting(Paheli). So if you want you can visit. But there is not much to see.

After daytime site seeing we reached the Amar Sagar Lake. It is just a waking distance from main area. Here paddle boats are available on halh hourly basis. During sunset its an best experience. The old construction of stone temples, the quiet surrounding with retreating birds adding to the scene. One should experience this with his/her dear one.
