Its a must to visit Malshej ghat in the rainy season if you are ever around Pune , during Mid Aug to Sept end.Easy approachable from Karzat / Kalyan or Nashik/ Pune..Self Driving will add on the dimensions to the beauty. This is one place which we keep visiting very often as our native is just across the ghats. Have been there hundreds of time but still feels as new and refreshing always. Beautiful scenic view from where you can see Harishchandragad. Konkan kada, Taramati and beautiful a other ranges.

Visited this place for paragliding. You have to hire local vehicle to visit the place as the roads are too steep & dangerous.

Many food outlets/restaurants are there but the best one being the corn stall..Is an alternate to Mumbai-Pune expressway and saves on Toll money as well.(there is no toll on... More
