We were excited by this experience and chose to do the one and a half hour programme which cost approximately £45. for 3 of us. First we were introduced to our elephant 'Laxmi' who once we had mounted were given a half hour tour through the green gardens. The trainer of the elephant was very good and took photographs for... I was excited and thrilled like a child riding an elephant in the middle of a jungle.. When it came to giving the cute big animal a bath it became more thrilling.. But when it came to the part where this lovely elephant gave us showers after showers, the excitement was at the peak.. It was an extremely enjoyable experience... More

No need to go if you have already done an elephant ride before. Costly based on the limited distance you travel on an elephant here.

Elephant ride was really fun. It costs 400 per head. It's about a 10 minutes ride through a garden like green trail. Smooth ride with no jerks (horse rides generally are bumpy jerky but elephant rides are really smooth and easier on the body). We just took the elephant ride... Our guide who was monitoring the elephant took multiple good... More

simply superb to get close with elephants.....just that feel uncomfortable when they hit them to keep them walking in the track.

It was a nice ride .,more like a photography session with this huge animal that we Indians worship. They take you around the woods. The caretaker takes pictures in different styles. You have to pay extra if you want to have a memory of you bathing the elephant. Nice.. pricing is high!

We visited this elephant reserve as our son wasn't old enough to go on the bamboo rafting. We weren't disappointed. The cost was reasonable for our three kids for an hour an a half to feed, wash, get sprayed by the elephant and a ride round the reserve. They loved it, the elephant was seemingly well treated and the whole... More

I hadn't really thought I would ride one of these beautiful creatures having had two hip replacements and a current broken arm. But I did it - I rode on the side - mounting was very easy from the platform. Our elephant was called Indira and she was wonderful very calm - we had a ride through a small plantation... More
