This area of Kochi is very clean and nice to walk about. In many places they have provided clean benches to sit and relax with lots of trees

This is a man made island (in the 1920s) and the only reason we were here was due to staying at the Taj Malabar hotel at the northern end of the island. The island itself has very little to do, it's where the cruise ships...More

Very nice hotels on the Island. Interesting because it is man made. Otherwise not a tourist spot...very little to see.

Going by road is much longer, by ferry is more fun. Queues seem long but ladies line is shorter and they can buy 3 tickets. At peak times the ferries are every 10/5 minutes.
