We booked a driver through Stanley Wilson to go from Kochi to Mysore over two days, stopping for the night in Wayanad. Stanley Wilson was courteous and professional and his driver Shajahan was friendly, professional, and spoke great English too. He advised us on places to stop and eat, stopped so that we could see an elephant truck, and recommended us the perfect treehouse lodgings in Wayanad. A safe and experienced driver, he was perfect for our trip!

This tour was relaxing and peaceful, a beautiful contrast to busy urban areas in India. Stanley Wilson suggested a few touring ideas when I approached him in Fort Kochi and we chose the tea plantations of Munnar. Our driver Shajahan was on time to collect us and we always felt safe while he drove us through the hilly roads to Munnar, visiting waterfalls and a spice garden on the way. He also took us to Maharajah Palace which was informative about Kerala history. Shajahan was polite and friendly and checked what we wanted to do at different times. Our second day included a trek with guide Ranjit through the tea plantation which was very enjoyable with gorgeous views over the rolling hills. We also visited the tea factory. The accommodation has lovely views, the beds comfortable and clean and the meals were included and delicious. I recommend this tour for a change of scene while travelling in India.

I wholeheartedly recommend Wilson Travel with a solid five-star rating. After a wonderful tranquil stay at Kayal Island, we arrived in busy Fort Kochi. We were looking forward to some tranquillity and had considered visiting Munnar. However, we were informed that this wouldn't be feasible during the off-peak tourist season. But Stanly went out of his way and arranged for Shajahan to take us. Shajahan is the most benevolent and supportive tour guide one could ever hope to have.
Moreover, an excellent driver. He stopped at all the tourist attractions we wanted to see and patiently waited while we were spice shopping. He took us to the tea plantations and comprehensively explained everything, from the tea cultivation process to the art of savouring a cup. We stayed over for the night at the Green River Magic Hotel and this place is so beautiful! Our room had a breathtaking view of the river and the valley, making it a truly remarkable hidden gem of a location. Robin from the hotel cooked us a lovely dinner and for breakfast, we had a huge spread of Dosa, fruit, eggs and delicious banana pancakes. To make it even better, the entire journey was incredibly budget-friendly, offering excellent value for the money. Thank you to Stanly from Wilson Tours, Suigo the tour guide and Robin from the Green Magic Hotel.

So grateful we found Wilson tours. At the last minute I realized I needed a guide for munnar. I had already booked a hotel (which was a mistake - be sure to ask Wilson tours for a recommendation for best location). And they came though. My tour guide Firoz was exceptional. He was so flexible with accommodating both our accommodation (which was poorly located) and also a different drop off location. He customized all the stops as needed. We visited a spice market were I ended up buying several eastern medicines for various alignments (also the chocolate here was great!). And then we spent the day touring the beautiful plantations of munnar - Firoz new all the best spots for pictures and it was glorious. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. He arranged for a guide (shout out to Ramesh!) who took us on a 3 hour hike through the plantations. My teenagers really enjoyed both the hike and all the interesting facts Ramesh had about the flora and fauna. A definite highlight! We also enjoyed and learned a lot at the tea factory. Overall Firoz made this experience for us and I’m so glad we were connected via Wilson tours. Don’t hesitate to book your trip through them and work to customize to suit your needs. Thank you for showing us this beautiful part of the world.

We have had the most beautiful 2 day trip to Munnar from Fort Kochi with Wilson Tours. We stumbled upon Wilson Tours on our first day in Fort Kotchi and were immediately welcomed in by Stanley who answered all of our questions about Munnar and was able to arrange a 2 day trip leaving the next day.
We met our fantastic driver and guide Mr Shahjahan the following morning and had a great drive up into the mountains through the forests seeing lots of waterfalls and wildlife along the way. We spent the night at The Green Magic Riverside Resort which is a beautiful, peaceful spot in the jungle with spectacular views over the valley. The team here were very welcoming and accommodating and served up delicious meals breakfast and dinner.
We would highly recommend booking the Trek if going to Munnar. We met Ramesh the following day who took us on a hike through the beautiful tea plantations. The views were incredible throughout and Ramesh was the best guide, showing us all the local flora and fauna and even picked us some fresh fruit. See the pictures!

We had an amazing experience driving around Kerala for 5 days with Firos. He is an incredibly caring and helpful man that showed us beautiful spots and took us to the best simple places to eat great local food. He even managed to organise a jeep safari tour for us despite everything being sold out as we visited during the busiest season of the year. We could not be more grateful. Kerala is such a beautiful place and you haven't seen the best without seeing the inlands. We did Kochi-Munnar-Thekkady-Aleppey, but sure that there's more out there that Firos Babu would be happy to explore wih you. 10/10 experience that we will never forget. Thank you Babu!

Mr Stanley Wilson day tours arranged the complete tour of 3 days 2 nights to munnar. I would highly recommend his tour company. Mr Stanley is professional in his job. He provided the private car and Ubaid was the driver. I am happy with the driving his knowledge is excellent on the way he provided sightseeing of waterfalls and visit to spice garden. Stayed at indeevaram River resort Mr Robin cooked delicious evening meals and breakfast he is very welcoming. Room was very clean I found no issues. The view from the terrace of the hotel is out of this world the range of hills facing and the greenery of the forest.
Trakking guide was Ramesh he is great guy he took great care of me as I am not a young man reached to the top with picnic brunch and returned safe. Solo traveller Stefano from Italy was with me all the way.
Visited the tea factory arranged by Mr Stanley. In my opinion enjoyed the trip provided value for money.

We highly recommend a tour with an Ubaid driver. He is very nice and helpful in everything. He is a very good driver, drives carefully and safely. He stopped everywhere we wanted. He also took us out for cheap and tasty food. We stayed at the Green Magic hotel with a great view of the mountains and amazing service. Clean, towels changed every day and very tasty food in large quantities, which we couldn't eat. Well done to the driver and the hotel staff.

I did a two days-one night trip to Munnar and it was wonderful! You can't skip a visit to Munnar if you're in Kerala. I already knew Wilson so, since I had no time to organize everything by myself, I decided to go again with him. The taxi driver Ubaid was very kind and did everything to make me happy. Moreover he has a very good way of driving and made me feel safe all of the time (which is not obvious in India). The hotel where they bring you to sleep is in the middle of the nature and has a terrace with an incredible view on the jungle. They also provide some very tasty and abundant dinner and breakfast. Fantastic landscapes, very interesting visits to the tea museum and to the spices garden (that I wouldn't have thought to visit if I was alone). Expensive but worth it. Maybe I would have just added an organized hiking through plantations. Thanks!

I would wholehardly recommend Wilson Travel Tours with a solid five star rating. After traveling to Kayal Island , we arrived in bustling Forte Cochi and considered a visit to Munnar. We were fortunate to find Stanley from Wilson Tours who went out of his way in the arranging the trip with his tour guide and driver extraordinaire , Shajahan, who turned out to be the most helpful and considerate guide ever! And an excellent driver for the winding and narrow road to Munnar . He had great recommendations for the best sight seeing and shopping spots. We spent the night at Green Magic Riverside ResortRiver magic, which has breathtaking views of the river and the valley - truly a hidden gem. Robin from the hotel cooked us a full dinner and breakfast. The entire trip was incredibly affordable and great value for the money. Many thanks to Stanley and Shajahan from Wilson tours, and Robin from Green Magic Riverside Resort for a wonderful trip.

You can do a canoe boat cruise for two hours in a shaded boat. It will cost Rs 1250 per person includes both way car and two hours in a shaded canoe boat near Alleppey.
