Had been a finalist of the science quiz conducted by the museum. Good museum with good information and practical experience. Good auditorium in the first floor. In the first floor, there is a huge model of dinosaur, where you can take a pic of yourself with the prehistoric organism. You can play with simple machines. There is a giant network of momentum balls. There are lot more related to mechanics in the first floor. In the second floor, there is information related to electricity. There is a section related to various phenomena like infinity well, immiscible liquids. In the third floor, there is an electronic section and children's section. There is also a space section. There is a canteen in the terrace, where the food was good. The toilets were clean and hygienic. Some of the equipments, especially in the electronic section do not work and need repairing. Otherwise, this place develops scientific interest in a person, who is bored of reading textbooks without practical approach. (Disclaimer: The sections I mentioned may not be the same all the time. The team periodically builds new sections according to the advancing science and technology.)…

I have been here with my parents few months back as it is coming under the package of Bangalore Darshan n I swear this was the worst experience I ever had. My parents were both 60+. My mom was bit tired as she is bit old. I made her to sit in an chair which was kept in an corner empty outisde the museum gallery which I think was meant for security guard. since it was empty I made my mom to sit on that chair for few minutes. All of a sudden security guard came from lunch n immediately started shouting at my mom for sitting on that chair. My mom anyways got up from that chair as she felt very offended. I spoke to that guard in Hindi since I came here for few days not aware of language. I approached the guard n said she is very old n there no place to sit here so I made her to sit here. But he started abusing me in a very rude tone . then I approached supervisor over there to my surprise he too was rude cause I didn't spoke to him in native language. Just a request to you guys rather preserving your glorious culture n history inside museum please preserve inside your behavior too. Learn professional etiquette n know how to behave . This incident had left a very bad impression about you guys n your place. I haven't seen such an inhuman act anywhere in my life. I won't revisit this place again in my life neither I will suggest anyone to visit this place. Anyways I didn't find this place is that interesting.…
