Nice place to go

Very nice place for peace of mind. Lots of Birds, Womens are not allowed in main Hall. Have to remove your shoes to enter.

one of holiest dargah

Hazratbal shrine, one of the holiest shrine located near dal lake. beautiful architect. Eentrance for gents and ladies are different. Nicely maintained and must visit specially in evening when it is lighten by the lights.

Call of the Divine

This is my second visit to the shrine. Women are given a separate entrance and men have a separate entrance to the shrine for prayers. You must cover your head when you enter the dargah. The women were friendly and accomodated me during the prayers....More

Offering prayers at Hazratbal

Hazratbal is located at the opposite side of the Boulevard Road on the banks of Dal lake. We offered our prayers there and we were given 'Shirni' (sweets sugar balls) as prasad.

Women not allowed inside

The Shrine was beautiful, sit beside and pray. but Women traveler are not allowed inside the Shrine but you visit the courtyard. Please keep your head covered.
