On the fort side of Diu town is the island's last remaining fully-functional church, St Paul's. Completed in 1610, the church has an excellent baroque facade and a very fine selection of wooden panelling and furniture inside, including an extravagantly carved 400 year old pulpit.

This is pretty church, with its whitewashed facade and there are some exquisite carvings inside. But there very litte of stuff to see and not much that tells you of its history etc. Also, no pic allowed inside. Good for a quick visit.

We found this church quite spare inside. The facade was quite nice. It is excellent if you want to spend some quiet time in a serene environment.

This church is very good in architecture style. We found big hall with great carving in wood articles. Nice and quiet place.

The facade of this old Portuguese style church is truly gorgeous. We also liked the spare but beautiful interior with its shell themed ceiling. Well worth a visit.

This church was built by Jesuits in 1600 century and then rebuilt in 1807. It was quiet old and famous in locals.

This Church is well over 300 years old. The architecture of the church is just amazing. One can sit here for hours and admire this church. This church is in need of repairs but still it portrays an old rustic look. A must go when in Diu

As you take your first step inside this church and take in the gorgeous ambiance, you cannot help but notice it is almost an exct replica of the St. Francis Xavier Church of Daman. It has the same mid 16th-17th century European architecture, minimal grandeur and yet a somber atmosphere. The church houses a host of olden paintings pertinent to... More

Though the st. Pauls' church comes up as a spot to visit , I would not recommend it . It is very poorly maintained and has an air of neglect . Very disappointed .
