It is very close to Saint Paul's Church and you may or may not go. If you have a time crunch then you can skip this place. There's lots of old Portuguese architecture which may be of some interest for art and architecture seekers.

This is an old church which has been now converted into a museum. It has a small collection of antiques, nothing too interesting. But if you have time do visit.

The artifacts are nothing out of the ordinary and you have to climb quite a bit to get there. Go only if you have loads of time and energy.

Diu Museum is located in old St. Thomas Church. The exhibits are mainly wooden statues of Christian saints and date back to the Portuguese rule of Diu. Except to those interested in Portuguese Christian history of Diu, this museum will not be an attraction.

The Diu Museum is set up in Thomas Church. This church had been built in 1598 but was later converted into a museum. Now, it houses numerous stone inscriptions of ancient rulers, antique statues, multi-colored fountains, wood carvings and idols showcasing the rich past of the region. This museum also features 400 year old wooden and marble statues of St.... More

You cannot really call it a Museum because it is located inside the premises of the Church. Though there are terracotta figurines of the revered Fathers of the bygone era who must have served this church once. But, even if you skip it, you will lose nothing. Also, it needs maintenance.
