Being Sr. Citizen, could observe only from inside the car. Commentary from guide helped. Younger persons not averse to walking, should enjoy from the higher places in the fort. Excellent sea view all around.

500 year old Fort. No entry tickets. Houses a working jail. No museum or collections inside. Visit early in the morning or late evening if visiting in summer.

This fort is very good and looks like being used by police. No photography allowed and no visit in evening hours allowed. If you are planning to visit please plan appropriately.

Very impressive fort and well preserved. Definitely worth spending a couple of hours here. Great views out to the sea.

There is not much to see in the fort - maybe they are about to renovate, that's why. I expected a museum and more explanation about the place and history.

This a big old fort with a acting jail winhich is still working with light tower enjoyed a lot we had a very good view of both sides

Yes, It is open all the days from 08:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs. It usually takes 2-3 hours to visit completely. Suggestion : Don't choose a summer hot day & avoid afternoons if possible.
