The cathedral has amazing detailed carvings from floor to a very high roof. It is situated inside the fort and parking is easily available. You can cover it in 15 min on your way to other parts of the fort.

not so attractive. The church looks like a Church in Goa. There is no proper explanation about the structure. I could not understand the Altar carvings .

Definitely worth a visit. It is in the fort area of Moti Daman. Built around 15th century under Portugal reign. It has beautiful Roman architecture.

Please add this Cathedral to your 'Must visit' place in Daman. The 400 year old place is a treat for eyes. Especially the Alter. You won't be disappointed.

Just go there and stare at the altar.... It will be worth it. Built in 1603 with some of its original façade still standing...it portrays a marvellous chunk of Portuguese history in daman. After this visit, ask your auto wallah to drive around the fort...it is a beautiful drive where you can see different fishing boats and even steamers.

The place is 1 16th century church. It falls in Nani Daman. The road is well kept. So is the church. It brings back my memories of the Goan churches of Portuguese descent.
