If you visit Georgia O'Keeffe's home in Abiquiu, you should also visit Ghost Ranch, where she spent time and created many paintings of the views here. We drove from Abiquiu and took a walk around the grounds, following a hiking path to a summit where...More

Let me temper this review with fact that I am tired and sleepy. We are traveling Great Divide cyclists that pedaled an extra 13 miles to get here for the promise of "home cooked meals" and Tranquility. The food is cafeteria style and taste...food service...More

I had no idea what Ghost Ranch was, I was just randomly driving around exploring when I happened upon it. The rock formations in the area and surrounding the ranch are incredible. It's used as a movie set, and City Slickers was filmed there. Other...More

The location is gorgeous. If the heat bothers you, do not go when it is hot. There is no air conditioning on the ranch. And the food is mediocre. No choice at meals other than weak vegetarian choice and salad bar. The programs are good.

Although I didn't go to the museum or take a tour of the Ranch, I walked the trail up to Chimney Rock. The panoramic views along the hike was fantastic. I didn't have the energy to walk all the way to the top but got...More

This is truly one of the prettiest landscapes you will ever see. Some wonderful hikes and tours. About 60 to 70 minutes from Santa Fe and well worth the drive. Stop at Bodes general store in Abiqui for a picnic lunch.

The Kitchen Mesa hike was simply beautiful and a bit of adventure too...you really do scale a cliff. For real. And oversee everything at the top. And cross a river. And not always know 100 percent where to go. A 15 foot "chimney through a...More

A must see if you want to see the New Mexico landscape as Georgia O'Keefe saw it. Beautiful and worth the drive!

To think that when Mr Page died in 1926 he left his ranch, all 21,000 acres of it, to the the Presbyterian Church of America. They still own it. We visited at part of my wife's homage to Georgia O'Keeffe, in tow, for me it...More

I stayed in a room so I don't have first hand knowledge of the RV area. I believe it is though as I recall seeing a few pets there.
