Lots of restaurants, pubs and loud music, amazing fun inside the arabic world. Options go from smoking traditional "Shisha" (flavoured tobacco thru water pipe) to alcoholic or soft drinks

Good place to go for a break. plenty of beach and shops. We stayed at Gazala Beach Hotel at half board. Food became a bit repetitive after a while but all freshly made.

Na'ama bay is a traditional place and a nice one. The main problem for me was the very high sound of music in those cafes around me. But totally, I had a nice time there.

You do not have to worry about cats. Yes, you can see them on streets, but cats in Egypt do not communicate with people as in Europe. They just move along streets in his own business... :))
