The fact this place was done by 2 painters and there assistance is mind boggling, such fine detail in all the works. Almost the whole story of bible told all over the walls. The place looks amazing at night with lights.

A great visit to the church. Very beautiful inside and we were lucky to have a great guide who could explain the windows and inscriptions and history of the church. Would recommend to do this trip as part of an organised trip.

It is a very nice church. You have to take a cab or rent a service to come here. When I went there the Church was empty so it was excellent that I can take good photos. Great design and great icons. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

Around 4pm when I went there and I was alone. So I can take all the pictures I wanted. 😊 There is also one Mosque that you can visit close to this Cathedral. Taxi cost around 30-50 Egyptian pound so do not pay much more... More

Yes. It is open for Muslims. And I went there at 4pm Wednesday. And the Church was not crowded, there were just few tourists. So i took a lot of nice photos.
