Great excursion with kids, boat was closed so no issues with sunburns or wind and glass bottom was fun, exciting and an adventure for the kids. Got to see loads of fish and staff was very attentive. The only downfall which was a bit too much in your face frustrating was the constant "getting our attention" for pictures and the cameras in order to try to get you to buy a DVD with your pics/video. It's nice to have but too much, couldn't concentrate on the actual trip out on the boat etc.... Needs to be less hassle there. Otherwise great trip, kids loved it and was about 2 hrs, highly recommend, great price.

The live aboard safari experience with Seawolf was bitter sweet for me. Bitter because Seawolf live aboard operator leaves a lot to be desired and sweet because diving the Red Sea by its self is a great experience. After arriving to the marina where the boat was at, I was left waiting in the 100 degree heat while the Seawolf manager chitchated with her German clients. She greeted her German clients very warmly and didn’t at any time have the curtesy of acknowledge me with even a hello. Mind you I had never see this German woman in my life, but she had my US passport photo and knew who I was. I guess she could have care less about the America. I guess she thought “screw the America, he can wait until I’m done shooting the bull with my German buddies. Another unpleasant situation was when one of the crew wacked me over the head twice with my GoPro selfy stick as I was coming up the dive ladder, according to him to get my attention so that another diver that was behind me didn’t hit his head on my tank. I wonder were this crew member got is judgment from. In any case if he was worried about another diver he should have tried to warn him and not give me two lumps on my crown. In his little mind he must have thought...yeah Why not just hit me!, on the head with a metal rod, yeah that will get the attention of the Diver that should have been looking up as he approached the ladder to avoid getting hit on the head with my tank! What an idiot, to say the least.
Another example of blatant incompetence and lack of safety by this crap outfit was when we were on the zodiac in 5-6 foot seas and the zodiac operator, without warning, decided to gun the outboard motor and at the same time giving it a hard turn causing me to flip backwards and go overboard! Luckily for me I was holding on to the zodiac side ropes and I was able to stay with the boat as this moron was given the zodiac max throttle. He wasn’t even aware that I had gone overboard until the other divers on the boat yelled at him to stop; Another instance of untrained personal was the non communicative and lack of personality dive guide that got upset with the group because they didn’t stay behind him during the dives and decided to just cut the dive short. Why didn’t he express to the group that he wanted very one behind him like chicks following mother hen before we all went in the water; how could he see what the group was doing if they were all behind him?....clearly a guide with no experience or good judgement. This same dive guide (Gamel)tried tightening, with a wrench, my $300 tank pressure transmitter that had blown its o-ring and when I stopped him and told him that it needed ONLY to be hand tight , he got upset again and walked away mumbling that I didn’t know what I was doing. The fact is that it is my scuba equipment and he was the one that didn’t know what he was doing! Very unprofessional and unsafe situations from what appeared to be a “German Divers Preferred clientele Only” catering live aboard company. I have been diving for many years and this is my third safari trip to the Red Sea and I can say that this one was very unpleasant as far as seawolf is concerned. The diving was interesting just because of this wonderful location. Fortunately Seawolf had nothing to do with that. However it was marred by the disappointment of doing it with a less than professional and bias dive staff, maybe I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. Seawolf should train their dive staff to be safe, communicative, and knowledgeable of the operation AND management should learn customer service and be polite to everyone who gives them their business no matter where the customers come from as to not give a perception of bias.
I would not recommend this company mostly for what appears to be an inexperienced and unsafe practices of the dive crew staff, which in my book is the most important part of doing scuba.
There are some good live aboard operators in the Red Sea area and Seawolf Is NOT one of them.

Had a glass boat trip
Was clean and tidy but crowded
Nothing special about the Crew, below average in welcoming
Car came to pick us 10 late after the trip
Bring your snacks with you better, it's over priced at the boat, they give only pepsi one time
Boat quality was super good
No one explained that we will yake of the main boat (glass boat) and board to another one inthe sea to make the snorkeling, but it wasn't a bad idea at all
I would go with them again

I think first and foremost the only reason this review is Excellent is because of the ALL of the staff working on My FELO.. from captain to deck hand they worked around the clock to offer an amazingly seamless experience from the day I arrived until I left. This trip was mostly with German tourists so the their dove guide briefed them in German only (way too long for my liking) and then for the 3 of us English speakers we had Helmy who also went out of his way to accommodate us and feel relaxed and have a great dive. A mixture of professionalism and fun was the eighth mixture.
Our dive sites included Both Brothers, Daedalus and Elphinstone with some other smaller sites at the beginning and end. We had great luck with Helmy as we saw the majority of what the Red Sea has to offer and I did not ever once come up disappointed.
The boat is in great condition and although the cabins are nice and cosy, I far preferred sleeping on deck which allowed me to see what true darkness revealed with all the stars and being the early bird for the morning dives.
I will most definitely go again and use Seawolf for any future Red Sea adventures.
I heard they are looking at a longer trip which will include going further south into Sudan so am keen to hear more about this when it happens.

Bought tickets by sales man in hotel. Day started at 9.30. The boat was nice big and clean . Was videoed alot. Gave us snacks and drink. Lovely weather and turquoise water. Went down in the glass area to see the reef and under water. Could see loads of jelly fish, different fishes and even spotted two tortoises. Loved the snorkeling experience. Would definitely recommend. Will be offered to buy cds after but I wouldn't recommend.

Sudan was great diving but this company was disastrous. As a single female I arrived on the boat to discover I had no option but to share with a man as they hadn't a space for a female. Furthermore at the end of the trip their agent dropped me at Port Sudan airport and turned his phone off or fell asleep. The plane was delayed by 6 hours so I had 9 hours over night in an Islamic African airport alone amid the mosquitoes. You pay heavily for this agent attention too!! Use someone else.

LOvely new, clean boat, fantastic views underneath. What an amazing way to see the sea life.

On the pontoon station, I tried my first ever snorkel experience. I explained I was not a great, strong swimmer and not confident with my face underwater, but with life jacket and instructors hand the whole time, I was swimming in the Red Sea. He was extremely patient with me and I was so glad I did it, even if just brief glimpses underwater.

Thanks guys, you made my experience something to remember.

All arrangements by Travel Trend Tours, went to plan, a great few hours trying something new

Dive safari, on Seawolf Soul, August 2016, Deep South, the boat was very nice, the food excelent, the staf perfect. The only bad thing -but major one -was the guiding. One dive guide, called Mohamed, I think, did brifing only to German language, was hironic, didn't give any attention, (except 2 german blondies). Once entering the tender boat I pointed to him that 2 diver's tanks were ready to drop from the bcd. He was the only bad extrem bad event of the trip. The other guide, called "rambo", was pleasent and smily, and tried to "save the situation" by giving a tiny breifing in English, but unfortunetely was guiding a woman taking a dive corse. Any way, if you speak German or if you know the dive site, it is perfect boat.
