We were a group of 15 folks arriving Hurghada in different flights. We had to plan all the airport pick and drops and also do a lot of private Tours such as going to Giza, local sghtseeings etc. After weeks of researching @ Internet, I came across this company and somehow felt very genuene, specially after seeing all the good reviews. We were still very skeptekal booking this company against the services offered by our resort. I am so happy to say that "we took the right decision" and this company is simply outstanding in it's committements. Top notch service, polite staffs, Flexible and accomodative, good quality and the best part if very reasonable. We had 5 kids of all ages and this company took care of everything. Our trip on a private Bus to Giza cost us less than what the Resort and other local tour companies were providing in non-private group pricing. I could call this company anytime for anything and was always served beyond my expectation. When we were confused on what to see and what not etc, this company always gave the non-biased feedbacks. Finally when one of our friend gor sick, this company helped in buying and delivering medicines for us while we are at the hotel. Super high reccomendation from our side to use this company for any Taxi requirements and also for Tours.

Look no further! This is the BEST taxi/limousine service in Egypt! I am writing this from the perspective of a woman who was traveling alone, so you single ladies out there, know that Ahmed is super. He is a wonderful human.
Ahmed met me, on time, at the airport with a placard with my name on it for my drive from Hurghada to Port Ghalib. There was water, juice, and snacks in the car! Bonus!
A week later he drove me and a friend back from Port Ghalib to Hurghada. This is where it becomes more than standard service:
I had been given the wrong marina information for my second liveaboard boat and been given TWO out of service local numbers to call if there was a problem getting to the boat. Seriously. You can't make this stuff up. Ahmed did not leave me stranded. He tracked down my boat at the other marina. He found the boat (which was bobbing out at a mooring at the other marina), drove me to marina number two, located a phone number for the boat manager on board said boat, and had a Zodiac launched from the boat to come retrieve my luggage! He then drove me back to the main marina to visit my friend and picked me up four hours later to take me back to the other marina to my correct boat.
He also took me to the airport when it was time for me to leave Egypt.
As long as he is driving a car, I will never use a different driver in Egypt.

Extremely helpful. I had issues with my flight and needed to get immediate transport to Cairo. Even though they were unable to take me (Egyptian tourism office requires 1 day notice), he came up with a solution to make sure I would make my flight home to the USA - with nothing for him to gain - just to be helpful. Thanks so much! Really appreciate your help!

Private car transfer from Hurghada Marina to Airport Hotel in Cairo.
Perfectly arranged by Ahmed in advance and really good value. The car was really good with excellent aircon, trip took 5 hours in total but Mustafa got us there without hassle at the end of our dive trip.
Really reliable company, booked directly via their website which is fully transparent about costs.
If you want reliable transfer from Hurghada to Cairo would recommend.

We needed to clear for you that there is a big difference between private transfer service and sharing transpostation companies, our vehicles perform only private service, that means the car moves empty to pick you up from hotel, unlike other sevices like Uber which provides a job for two ways.

This service was 100% satisfying. We had a car with driver early May23 from Hurghada to Cairo, then back to the Red Sea to Soma Bay and later the airport transfer to Hurghada Airport. Excellent service, fair prices, very reliable, good vehicles, always on time, no matter if daytime or nighttime. Requesting questions to Ahmed were responded quickly, made it all possible. Thank you to Ahmed and his team. Ariane and Stefan and kids.

We had agreed by whats up communication rental of car for whole day , with exact writtening of our required activity (for more than 3-4 hrs with trassferincl. other 2 hrs ) , with confirmation , that driver will stay with us as long we want.
But driver was very rude, unpleasant, still refusing our needs, discussing by very arrogant way.
He made our trip very bad because of his behavior. He didn't get exact info from dispecing , what is not our problem. This driver made very bad image of this company, what seems to be not so bad. They communicate fast and try to appoligize , but with not stright arguments.
Only one and the best advise for this company- don’t employ this driver anymore !
But driver was very rude, unpleasant, still refusing our needs, discussing by very arrogant way.

Thank you for your feedback, we tried to explain for you that it was just a misunderstand about the tour time, but you insist that it was for whole day, we also sent you our apology and you insist also on your situation.
You told driver that you need to visit a bazar and after arriving there, you said no I don't want, also you asked to go to a bank at 15:30, he answered politely that banks are closed now.

We had actually booked a free hotel transfer from the airport. But friends recommended that we book a taxi with a private taxi company in Hurghada.
Contacting them via WhatsApp was quick, uncomplicated, competent and very friendly. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled for the next day.
This did not cause any problems for the company. A new appointment was quickly found.
Since it was a lengthy process until we were finally able to fly, we were shown understanding and the company found out the arrival time on its own initiative in order to pick us up on time.
Mohamed was there with our name tag as discussed and greeted us warmly. The child seat (Frozen perfect for the little one) was also there as discussed.
The car is pleasantly air-conditioned, clean and the minivan was in top condition. There is enough space for 4 large suitcases or more.
The journey was pleasant and when the music was playing it was discreetly quiet and not disturbing.
Ahmed also drove us to the famous Senzo Mall.
We weren't sure whether we should travel alone as two girls, but we felt comfortable with the taxi company. Ahmed was always able to help us with other matters that had nothing to do with the trip.
Trustworthy, competent, courteous, punctual, value for money compared to other taxis that charge more, simply top!
Next time we're in Hurghada, we'll contact this company again.

On arrival the driver was waiting for us with a sign bearing my name.
Recent car, WiFi on board. Free bottles of water.
Payment for the entire service is made on the outward journey.
On return, taxi on time in front of the hotel. Journey in tune with that of the outward journey.
It was perfect.

I had a ride the evening of the 21 of November.
I was a bit worried cause of my hotel was not so known and I had a flight in the night.
The driver was SUPER on time(10 min. before rendezvous), really polite and kind. Really calm and safe in driving.
Pleasant conversation during the trip to airport.
The car was perfect: no smell, new, and comfortable.
Price from Soma bay to Hurghada airport 244 EP, fair price!!!
