This is close to the port and is a sandy beach. When we were there the tide was out and there is plenty of sand. No Toilets seen unless you go to the restaurants.

Your home toilet will be less dirty than this unsightly beach. Get your vaccinations before going. I have found used toilet paper on this beach.

Beach itselve is nothing special. Prices for food 15 dollar for salty fried things. Beware of the neighbourhood behind the beach; it is ugly.

Small beach, worth the visit. Make sure you eat at the Playa de Tarqui, best food in the small shops, fresh and good food.
