Red mangrove is a small well run hotel very near the heart of Santa Cruz. The rooms were simply decorated, with comfortable huge beds and were very clean. Outside our room was a bar that had been taken over (in a great way!) by sleeping...More

I reccommend that you contact Fredy at the dive centre, he will have all the answers, however I can tell you that he has wetsuits for all water temperatures and it´s normal practice to undergo a pre dive site orientation in calm water between 8 to 10 metres deep
It´s probably all you need to refamiliarise yourself with the equipment, all of which Fredy wil provide, you´ll quickly regain that much needed confidence again.
Enjoy the dives, theres a lot to see.
