Dive with us into the spectacular and fascinating underwater world of the Galapagos Islands, one of the last natural paradises on earth. Discover nature at its purest and most original form, while following the footsteps of Darwin. See what is seen only in dreams...Each and every dive site around the islands ranks among the best and most impressive destinations in the world. Diving with pelagic fish and large sea creatures gives divers one of the most spectacular experiences possible. Encounters with different species of sharks, mantas, rays, whale sharks, marine turtles and sea lions are typically seen on most dives. With some luck, dolphins, marine iguanas and penguins can also be seen underwater! To give guests from around the world the opportunity to dive in this "natural aquarium", Hotel Silberstein in Puerto Ayora opened this Dive Center in February 2006.

The only bad thing I can say is they didn't have diving trips often enough. New gear with dive computers for the same price as terrible shops with worn out gear and no computer. They were running a special, and I was given nitrox for free. Alex had dive maps and gave a comprehensive dive briefings at the site Absolutely... More

We booked 2 days with Alex . On first day briefing was ok, but in water he didnt care so much and lost 1 diver on the way, which he only realized when the buddy told him. THe 2nd day (Gordon Rocks) was better. We dove with 2 other companies on island and preferred them. they aren't well organized, both... More

I chose this dive shop for my day of diving on Santa Cruz island because their schedule worked well with mine. Their equipment was nice and the dive master gave a thorough preview of the dive, appreciated in new waters.

We booked 4 days of diving in advance (which we definitely wouldn't do anymore as it was a real rip-off. We've been told by the travel agency that it's necessary to book in advance due to the busy season but it wouldn't have been a problem at all to book upfront as we were charged double the price..!!) Anyway, diving... More

We dove with Alex at Silberstein dive center back in July during our visit. I highly recommend it! Alex was professional, knowledgable, personable, safe, and fun!! We dove Gordon rocks and he made every effort to help us see everything we wanted in the area. He was great at educating and briefing the group prior to each dive which was... More

We had such great days out diving with these guys, they were alot of fun and really looked after us! My friends did their open water with Alex and I went out on 6 dives. Highly recommend this company as I went with a few others and had mixed experiences. Gordon's Rocks was my favourite of the dives, lots of... More

We had a great 2 dives at Gordon Rock with Alex, we felt very comfortable with him as our divemaster. We checked around at a few dive shops, they all seemed to be around the same price. Be warned that the currents at Gordon Rock are no joke - (not that it should discourage novice divers, most of our group... More

So it's simple- if you want to dive with Galapagos Sharks, white tip sharps, eagle rays, hammerhead sharks , turtles, sea lion and tons of amazing fish -Alex is the dive master for you. We were six people with 3 less experienced teens. Alex was professional, patient and got us to the most amazing spots. Equipment was pretty good and... More
