Wendy in the shop was very helpful, spoke excellent English and found some bits of equipment to attach my broken dive computer and house my old GoPro so I could use them. I don't usually rent dive gear as I have my own but the shop had a good range of decent Scubapro 5mm wetsuits, the BCDs looked a little... More

Four of us went out for an excursion with Blue Evolution to Cerro Tijeratas, one diver and three snorkelers. The diver was accompanied by a divemaster but the snorkelers were on their own with the boat driver keeping an eye on us. Wendy at the shop spoke good english but other staff not as well. They were professional and helpful.... More

Being a 12 year old kid and doing my very first scuba dive ever was the best experience. I'm so happy we did it with Blue Evolution. I think it was great to first practice using the equipment and all of the dive techniques: finding our regulators and clearing our masks. I think it also helped that we had a... More

I was pleased with everything about this dive shop, starting with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Wendy when I was planning my trip. She was amazing…she must sleep with her phone or something, since she responded almost immediately to all my e-mails! The dive shop itself is located very close to the docks, and is right around the corner from... More

My issue was with the organization and cleanliness of the boat. No real systems in place to keep things dry and clean. Hair, food, sitting water make the benches and deck uncomfortable to walk on. Other boats do a better job of organizing BCDs, wetsuits, towels etc. so you're not sitting on them. Wendy at the shop in town is... More

Galapagos Blue Evolution is hands-down the best dive shop in San Cristobal, and even the Galapagos. I would even go as far as to say that I try to avoid diving with anyone else, they just don't match up. Joselo runs a tight ship, thanks in part to his lovely wife Wendy who is the behind the scenes master. All... More

My husband and I were lucky enough to have a private group go out with Joeselo. He works hard to make sure we got to see as much as possible. Even though the visibility was poor when we went out we still were able to spot some amazing creatures because Joeselo seems to be able to spot everything around. He... More

First time diver, did my discover as well as two kicker rock dives with Blue Evo!!! Joeselo is a boss dog. Felt really comfortable, he constantly kept tabs on us while still allowing us to explore. Saw hammerheads, Galapagos sharks, and Joselo even rushed me back down to come face to face with the largest Manta Ray we had ever... More

I did my Open Water Diver Course Here and I had a great experience. They made me feel comfortable and I left confident in what I had learnt. Galapagos is still number one in my diving top 5 and I hope to be able to dive with the guys at Blue Evolution again

The staff is so fun and incredibly experienced. This is the only shop I would dive with in San cristobal. They will work hard to get you to see all the amazing animals. And they can really speak english. I also got my rescue diver PADI certification with them. Incredible group of people!
