My wife and I recently used Jadrolinija Ferries for the Bari to Dubrovnik overnight crossing. Fortunately she is very thorough and had read of the highly complex and stressful departure procedures used by the company and their indifference to passengers. For those who dont know,...More

We booked a 2 berth cabin on the Marko Polo and while the staff were helpful and pleasant the facilities are not great. The bathroom was not clean and it felt as though the ship had no stabilisation so not a great option if you...More

We took the Jadrolinija boat from Bary, Italy to Dubrovnik. There are close to no instructions for those who have never taken the trip. Thank goodness for GPS because there are no street signs that indicate where to go. The staff was very unhelpful and...More

Its a great way to do Island hoping, or just go and stay on one of the islands. They are not cheap, more expensive then one would Think, but a nice way to see the achipelago.

We used the ferry service between Dubrovnik, Korcula, Hvar and Split. Each time they were packed and you were left to your own devices to lug your luggage up and a gang blank. Once on broad the same thing happened your luggage was stored and...More

We took the catamaran from Split to visit Hvar. It takes 1 hour to get there. It was very comfortable and you get a chance to see the islands. The staff could be friendlier.

What a day out! The ferry was very cheap and speedy, and we had a lovely time exploring the beaches of Preko. Highly recommend getting the tiny boat with the most amazing old man to row you over to galevac - an even tinier island...More

Took the ferry for a day trip to Hvar. It was on time. However, I did not appreciate the lack of communication from the ship's staff. They should at least tell passengers the destination, duration of trip, emergency procedures, etc. Not a word. Good thing...More

We would like to travel by ferry or passenger vessel from Dubrovnik to Split sometime in late Sept. The website seems to end this voyage mid-month. What islands would we go to in order to make this journey? Would you recommend staying at an island in between?
