Thalasso Wellness Centar Opatija - Review I would not visit this location - called a "spa." The person at the reception desk - named Tina was extremely rude. The men in the spa, mostly locals, had smart phones in the sauna area; it was very unsettling. The staff said that they could do nothing and laughed. The staff was also rude to other foreign guests and one them asked for refund and left the place. If this is what coming to "Opatija's top spa" is all about - and to experience the worst service in all of the Balkans and SE Europe, then guests are going to have a rude awakening including a stressful experience. Thalasso Wellness Centar Opatija is apparently is a (Croatian) state-run entity, and the terrible customer service and the environment should be listed as the worst place in all of Croatia.
