Johnny Cay Island is a super small island but it’s beautiful to spend the day. The water is beautiful. Definitely a nice relaxing place.

Definitely a must go! You should spend half or an entire day in Johnny Cay. Rent a sombrero, eat fried fish, enjoy the piña colada and just enjoy. Amazing.

A small island near San Andres. Beautiful, beautiful place. Plan your visit carefully since it's often closed due to environmental or climatic reasons, and you only get to know if it's open or not on the morning of the day.

I highly recommend the 20 minute boat trip to Johnny Cay via Rose Cay, but get there early. The first stop at Rose Cay allows you an hour to snorkel (extra charge for snorkel) and to walk across to another little island with green vegetation....More

It's a small island, with some good food. If your looking for a beach just to relax and tan this is the island for you.
