My family and I recently visited the boardwalk of Asbury Park. It has been a few decades since the last time I came here. My impressions of Asbury Park has always been a dirty, graffiti ridden place that I might visit during the daylight but...More

From the usual food and pinball galleries, to a place selling totally granola - soaps and crystals, to the shady and perfect marketplace in the concert hall with shave ice the size of your head. For once at the shore, high prices get you quality....More

Easy walk from Asbury Hotel. Weekdays the badge checkers leave at 4:30 and lifeguards at 5. Dog beach North of 8th, 30 plus pooches plus owners. Dog friendly restaurants but not beach. Get off before 8|30! Food trucks in North offered Variety.

Great different style boardwalk, lots of trendy shops, restaurants and bars line the boardwalk. Seniors, hipsters, gays, kids all share!

Great beach with a nice boardwalk and a lot of shops & activities. Parking lot in front of the beach gets filled quickly during busy summer time and you have to circle around for a street parking spot. You can bring food to eat in...More

A super clean Boardwalk. Some interesting shops and restaurants en route. A nice way to spend an hour or so.

I loved shopping at the independent shops along the boardwalk, which was also sprinkled with beach-friendly shops.

Had a great time on the beach with my family! Adults are 8 on the weekend and children under 12 are free. If you get there early (10am) you can find decent parking. Instead of paying lot parking. Nice clean friendly beach.

No you cannot. But near the beach is a bar yappy hour that dogs are permitted. It's across the street from the Boardwalk.
