Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The park is very nice and cared for. It reminds me of parks in the US. It is very modern design. They have one restaurant that is more fancy sit down. (most of the places open a bit later) The food was okay. For Colombian standards the prices were a bit high. There is also two desert places (an icecream shop and a desert shop). There is space to walk exercise. In the early morning it is very lively and there are lots of people walking their dogs and exercising. However, in the midday hour I didn't see too many people. There are security guards walking around. You have to be cautous in the fog area since it is a bit isolated and sometime weird people walk up to ask for change.
The only thing I would change is that there should be more shady trees in the middle parts of the park and everywhere there is seating. It is a bit too sunny in the center of thee park and along the wooden lay down beds.
I have never been there at night and have not seen all the food trucks that people have mentioned in their reviews??

Any people who've rated the park as "underwhelming", have very different expectations about an urban park in Colombia.
In a city where rapid and unbridled development, where green spaces are swallowed up to make more shopping centers, Ciudad del Rio is a breath of fresh air. This space used to house a big steel mill, and the structure and its surrounding areas have been slowly transformed into a greener place for people who wish to steer away from the crowds of Parque Lleras and other party-centered places.
The best time to visit is on a weekend or on a holiday (Colombia has 18, of these). Take a trip to the the museum, and then head out to the park. If you're lucky, you'll see people doing yoga, or slack line; people playing music; street vendors; and even, roaming craftsmen and magicians. The atmosphere is nice and mellow, with some green spaces to lay a blanket down and enjoy some food and casual conversations with the locals.

It is a pleasant place for a stroll and few moments of relaxation. You will see families and children riding bicycles. It is nothing spectacular but pleasant if you are seeking a place for a small picnic. It is convenient if you are visiting the art museum or the new residential section Ciudad de Rio. Do not necessarily go out of your way to visit.

The park is not very big and not in a great state. It is also surrounded by drab sections of vacant land and fences. Not a destination per se, there is much better in this city.

In my opinion, there is not much to see. There is an art museum near by and the park was a little empty when I arrived. I was expecting more things to see.

What an interesting park! We went here on a Saturday after visiting the museum of modern art. Not sure if it’s always this busy with stuff going on or if it’s because it was a weekend. But we were entertained! There’s people fighting with fake swords, girls doing a dance routine, breakdancers, loads of people have picnics and tea parties, a skate bowl with skaters and bmxers and more! Nice park; felt safe :)

Nice park next to el museo del arte moderno. There's usually food stands around the park so you can buy food or picnic and bring your own. Encicla has stops around here so you can bike around as well.

Is a trendy new residential area of the city, with great coffee places, restaurants, bars and surrounded by an open park to walk around and hang out with friends on sunny afternoons and at weekend nights it could be crowded.
