The best place to see Cartagena from a top of the mountain. Also the church is very beautiful, cool place to take pictures.

If you are in Cartagena, it is certainly worth the trip to see the convent. It is located at the highest point in Cartagena and offers a fantastic view of the city. The convent itself has a small chapel with an ornate gold altar (not sure the year it was built). The only inconvenience is the street vendors who are... More

A very picturesque site, with an interesting story and history behind it. The architecture is very typical of colonial times, like a lot of structures in Cartagena. Is a place that is rich in history, the internal museum is very nice, but for me the best thing is the view. Views of Cartagena all around, beautiful views. Very interesting, historic... More

You get the best view of Cartagena from here. Nice breezes make it comfortable. The inside displays about the Pope are ok but not well maintained. Photos and artifacts are worn and of modest interest...

The story about the convent it is very interesting, some tourtis guides know enough about what happened on old ages and its importance for themselves and for the tourist too, given that it is easy to undersatand how pleplel

First make sure you get there in a certify tour. The area is not secure at nite. It has the best view to the city equivalent to Cerro de Monserrate in Bogota. If you want better aerial picture get an helicopter or a drone.

The view from the convent was breathtaking. Our guide was lovely. The place was interesting. I'm just not a big fan of statues of martyred priests with big spikes thru them or of the money that is spent dressing statues to be a conduit to god. It's a cultural difference and made me a bit uncomfortable. All in all a... More

Very interesting place. Awesome view of the whole city of Cartagena. Just lovely. Is better if you get a guide or a tour to go up there.
