We visited La Popa with our tour guide Fernando Lopez Prens from Colofulltours. It's a great view from the top of the mountain.

A very moving and spiritual place. Pope John Paul came to this very small humble place which touches your heart. Beautiful views of the city

The convent sits atop a mountain overlooking the city of Cartagena with beautiful views. The convent has wonderful history and is very interesting. Definitely worth the trip there. They also have free wifi so you can call Uber to pick you up. It is much...More

La Popa is an iconic place in Cartagena. As almost every place in the city, La Popa is full of history. When going there, make sure that the car leaves and picks you up at the top, because the surroundings can be a bit insecure.
