This place came highly recommended as a great Salsa Club with live music and dancing. It gets crowded on the weekend and the dance floor is really small but it has a large bar. It is a couples hangout of varying age, usually 35 and...More

The place itself may be a landmark, but the service is average, the inside needs updating, the menu is an afterthought, and there is barely any space to dance! On the night we went, the band was fantastic they played and danced with all their...More

This was recommended to us as a must-do and I can't understand why. The cover-charge was our first indication (30k pesos per person). Once inside, there were no open tables seeing as everything had been reserved... even the bar stools! Service was slow and almost...More

Cafe Havana is one of those "must go to places". The music was good. But, the dance floor is practically non-existent. The place is small and the bar takes up most of the room. Also, it seems like a spot for mostly tourists.

It's worth visiting once. I bristled at the cover charge (I think around 35K COP?) but really in any major city in the USA a club of this caliber would be demanding a higher cover charge than that. Their drinks are also overpriced FOR COLOMBIA,...More

This place is as Cuban as Hard Rock Cafe is a great rock venue. If you want tourists, expensive drinks, entitled/sluggish service, reasonable (but late starting - 11.15pm)music, go here. You won’t find a single Colombian in the bar. Having been to Cuba, this place...More

Over priced with poor service. This place seems to be on every Cartagena must do list and I cannot see why. The cover charge is steep (30k pesos per person) and the service is slow and miserable - I've never seen such a bunch of...More

A bit overpriced. $45000 peso to enter. Music was great. Atmosphere very cool. We had the monitors which were very good.

Cage Havana in Cartagena is a great place to hear authentic Afro Cuban music. Authentic in its presentation, virtuosity and feeling. The music is both artistic and accessible. Yes, there is dancing! Lots of dancing you’ll dance too! Get there early, the music started at...More

It's preferred to have a reservation or it is better to go at 7:30-8:00 pm before the site gets crowded and it's OK for two ladies going along. Have a rum from Colombia caribbean coast and enjoy the night!
