You can come by metro line 2 and get of at Chunsi road station. There are plenty of food to choose and people are a lot! Upstairs of the shopping mall there are a variety of restaurants to choose from.
There are no halal food options here. There are plenty of shopping malls (Zara, LV, H&M etc), and many restaurants offering different cuisines (Japanese, Korean BBQ, pizzas etc). Many cafes to explore. Good to relax on a weekend.
