Never seen so many Pandas.
I am not really a fan of zoos but the enclosures were not exactly cages. Very striking animals to say the least. It was a Saturday morning and raining but was really busy, which I guess is most days. It's...More
What a great place to visit if you love to see the gentle giants!! Pandas galore and so so cute! Love the cute pandas who thrilled the crowds in the open areas with their endless eating, climbing up the trees and basically just being their...More
We arrived at opening time and it really was worth the effort. We were the only ones watching the cubs in their enclosure before they were let out for their breakfast. There were a few more people when they were let out just after 8.00am...More
You can see pandas of various ages, up close. Go in the morning because they are the most active before 10am. You may need to wait a while, but eventually they'll do something fun, like climb a tree or wrestle with their buddies.
There is a short walk to the first enclosure and the tour round takes you from the adults, past the teenagers and finally to the cutest infants you will ever see!
We were very lucky with the weather and temperature (22 deg) so all were...More
Lovely to see the pandas in a fairly natural setting. We saw a range of pandas from 4 days old to fully mature. We saw them swimming, playing, eating and sleeping. Great fun to watch. We also saw the unrelated red panda, very cute.

Hello, I am afraid I do not know, I do not recall seeing any luggage facilities there. Not sure if their website may have info. It gets very crowded and you will not want to be dragging main luggage around.

I saw people wheeling bags in through the main gates, so I assume there must be someplace to store them at the customer service center. If not, you can buy a tram ticket that circles the entire park with a hop off and hop on type of system so at least you don't have to wheel your bag the entire time if you aren't going to have time to go back to the train station to collect them.
Just make sure you have your passport handy when you get to the gate. You can't seem to get in anywhere without it.
