Nothing exceptional about this temple. We did the long walk from the southern gate of Zhongshan Park, and the walk wasn't really worth it. If this was one of the first temples you'd ever seen, I'd imagine it would be a little more impressive, but...More

Zhanshan Temple is unique since you see many Buddha statues and some of them with many hands. You will see colorful statues .

The temple grounds are nothing special and I did not pay to see the main building...you can still see the pagoda and the garden without paying...the pagoda area offers some good views of the city which makes it a worthwhile stop

The only Buddhist temple in Qingdao, it is not very large and is manageable to walk through in a short time. There are many temples in China, not very unique.
