With a friend's invitation, we went there along the beach for a long promenade that's around 10 km!! At the end though, we did have seafood grilled skewers as our bbq dinner! Somewhere on the beach, there's a big silver monument of dolphins or seals...More

bathing beaches in Qingdao are not like surfing beaches in Australia - however they are still nice change from industrialised China - the best feature of Qingdao beaches is that the whole harbour coastline has walking path that goes for miles from the city centre...More

spending few days there was mandatory to visit the beach but it is not so nice. After taking bath your skin is oily and the sand is dirty. Not recommendable.
