The Dalian Zhongshan Square is one of the main squares of the Dalian city - a huge 'round about'. Renmin Road starts there going out of town towards the new waterfront area. Don't miss that one! Unfortunately, I forgot the name.

Nice 'square', surrounded by old buildings which are now mostly banks. Best enjoyed in the evening, I think, when you can take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the scenery. Seems to be lacking a central focus point.
