It was a very interesting walk through the palace. A lot of history and a lot of information - surprisingly some of it was in English!! A very important part of the history of the area.

i came here in the winter, the weather is extremely cold but its okay because this place provide good heaters, this place provide us thing like auto-guide which there's headphone in. the museum guide also can speak english. i think this place is tourist friendly.

Although the palace seems undaunting in size from the outside, be prepared to spend at least two hours going through it, if you want to be thorough. Interesting history -- with a Communist propaganda perspective. Might help if you watch the movie "The Last Emperor"...More

Very interesting place, full of history and memories. It's huge and the wide garden is very nice for a walk. A must for foreigners in Changchun.
