I always enjoy visiting local attractions but once you've been to one many are the same. They are always worth a visit but this one needed a bit of a tidy up and the toilets were a disgrace.

Interesting enough that I've gone more than once. Boring enough that, despite living in Haikou, I haven't been back in 7 or 8 years. If you haven't been "templed out" by the time you get to Haikou it might be worth it. Not too touristy. Quiet.

I need to be agree to kit reviews. It doesn't have much things to do here, and you need to get a private chartered car. They do not have plenty of taxis here. I went there with a private chartered car, so I find no problem. There's nothing to see, not that interesting, but that's one of the best there.... More

When we went there there was a total of 5 people in the entire place. Maybe this was because of the time of year however the place was a nice place from the bustle of Haikou. There's free car parking at the front and 15RMB each to get in which was a nice price. The place isn't that big though.

Our family of 7 took 2 separate taxis to Hai Rui Tomb. However we later found out that it was not easy for us to find 2 taxis to get us out of there. Tourists who visit this place usually have their own private transport. Hence it was not so easy to get a taxi from there. The Hai Rui... More
