Yes, it is a little quirky (casino meets theme park meets spa) but that’s what makes this destination so interesting. Relax and have a massage and a unique cultural experience at one of the city’s most popular spas.

For international travelers - Chinese spa is super unique experience!

We stayed overnight here (yes, a spa that you can also lounge in an over sized recliner all night long) and took advantage of multiple services. We arrived later in the day and started with dinner (there is a full restaurant in the spa) and although the food we ordered came out at different times, dinner was very good. Then... More

If you are willing to experience China and real massages and not cookie cutter spas...you will love it! It's definitely run like a factory but in a good way; reclining seat (individuals) tv at your seat, option galore foot massage, hand massage, mani, pedi, ear cleaning...and the changing rooms I loved it steam, jacuzzi, milk baths (optional pay extra) .... Price list is different for women and men. Extra 10% service charge on top of the bill. They charge you every item for a minimum of 40RMB tips (20RMB tips for a cup of water in the changing room), even for shower. For example if you do penicure or manicure, you have to pay double amount of tips eg 80RMB... More

Annie was my massage therapist she is amazing! Definitely ask for her if you go by next time. Unlike most others she respects your need to relax and won't make conversation, I appreciate that. She's generally a kind person I guess and gave me some extra time for an injured area. As for the spa, fancy exteriors but I was... More

We was from shenzhen to hong kong, and wanted to stay near the border so that the next day we can wake up early and cross border to hk. There is a small office of queen spa at lowu border complex, easy to find. We waited about 10 minutes for a van to pick us up. Upon reaching at queen... More

Large facility for relaxation. Be careful of price list . They offer package which included tips but after massage, therapist will ask for additional tips. Tips expected is high. Therapists are not well qualified. If you need someone to chit chat and entertain you, it is good. If you are looking for a good relaxing massage, you will be disappointed.... More

Not a fan of communal baths and showing off the hairy western body to the hairless Chinese men then you can opt for direct to the fifth floor spa for private room massage Definitely worth it Not expensive Pictures of therapists are greatly photo shopped so don't be surprised if the therapist you choose turns up to look nothing like... We had a layover in Shenzhen and tried the spa out. The price list looked right- until we learned there were extra fees. To note - it costs 108 to enter (spa price) . Got a manicure and pedicure ; the prices on the pamphlet were for men only. Then they bring out a different one for women - pedicure... More

Ambience is good . Quality of products they used is great. Family doesn't feel bad to go with children also. They serve fruits & tea, coffee is good quality. Spa is different from others, Once must try this experience.

We got a taxi from our hotel. When we arrived we were escorted (felt more liked dumped) to a corner. We were then asked for our passports when other people seem to walk straight in. I asked why they needed our personal information as we just wanted a massage, we were not staying the night. They suddenly couldn't understand English... More
