This park never ceases to amaze. So beautiful, so silent and yet so vibrant and full of life. The views are spectacular, never really spoiled by the road. If you can't see Parinacota reflected in Lake Chungara, try another trip the next day, chances are...More

We've been here several times with expeditioners from different parts of the world and they all loved it! very photogenic views. We suggest to hike around the Cotacotani lakes.

We drove up from Codpa valley to Putre which is manageable in a rental car, however takes around six hours with many fotostops as there are pittoresque pueblos, geoglyphs and so much nature in blossom, including cactaceae. The deep valleys and steep heights and altiplanos...More

I'm so glad I got a chance to see this one of a kind landscape! Top of the line sunscreen, sunglasses, a great hat - the wider brimmed the better and be ready to practice your sloth pace - lots of water, and I was...More

The PN Lauca is sensationally beautiful at every level...wonderful scenery, wonderful volcanoes, wonderful desert, wonderful animals. Flamingos, vizcachas, vicuña, alpacas, llamas and guanacos at every turn. The roads are fairly dangerous though, falling off the sides of mountains as they are, with the relatively fresh...More

Hi, the distance will be around 120 miles depending on how far you want to go in the park. Everywhere you look is a painting. You should take a guided tour that will pick you at the hotel and make the journey with lots of... More
